Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Casa Rayos De Sol, managed by Marco Klomp.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:


1. Booking & Payment


  • A booking is confirmed once the payment or deposit has been received.
  • Full payment must be made prior to arrival. Without payment of the cleaning fee, deposit, total amount, and completion of online check-in for all guests, no key will be handed over.
  • Prices include accommodation. 
  • The cleaning fee is charged separately and required for every booking.


2. Cancellation Policy


  • More than 6 weeks before arrival: 20% of the total booking price (which has therefore been paid)
  • Between 2 and 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking price (which has therefore been paid)
  • Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total booking price (which has therefore been paid)
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.


3. Security Deposit


  • A refundable security deposit of €500 is required either by card upon making the booking or cash payment upon arrival.
  • The deposit will be returned within 14 days after check-out, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items are found.


4. Check-in & Check-out


  • Check-in: from 16:00
  • Check-out: before 11:00
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
  • We kindly request that you complete your online check-in form prior to arrival. One day before arrival, you will receive a secure link to submit the required details. This is a legal requirement in Spain. If the required information for all guests is not submitted in advance, it will need to be completed during check-in, which will result in additional administrative costs at your expense.


5. Guest Responsibilities


  • The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
  • The property must be used solely for residential purposes.
  • Parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted.
  • Guests must comply with all local laws, noise regulations, and community rules.


6. Damage & Loss


  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.


7. Liability


Casa Rayos De Sol and its representatives are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of utilities (electricity, water, internet) or other services beyond our control.


8. Force Majeure


Casa Rayos De Sol is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather events.


9. Data Protection


Personal data collected during the booking and check-in process is used solely for administrative and legal purposes, in compliance with GDPR and applicable local data protection laws.

10. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.


Agreement


By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
